VOLLEYBALL WEEKLY TRAINING – per month

This weekly training is for volleyball athletes who want more of a workout time and less coaching. Our advance lesson plan will direct you to reach a new level of volleyball through repetition of drills. Each week our lesson plan will increase reps as you build your ability to execute setting, passing and hitting at your own pace.  This class meets once per week for 60 minutes. Volleyball coach is there to encourage you to reach your goals.  Must pass all advance volleyball skills.
