PRIMARY AIM: To teach volleyball to youth and adults using the Volleyball Pros lesson plan while enhancing student’s skills, which make the game enjoyable, and challenges them to experience the next level of volleyball, all resulting in students saying “I love volleyball and I want to learn more”.

SPRING VOLLEYBALL CLASSES
SESSIONS (TWO – 7 WEEKS)
SESSION I – 3/4 – 4/15 MON, WED, FRI, SAT & SUN
SESSION II – 4/22 -6/10 MON, WED, FRI, SAT & SUN

VOLLEYKIDZ.COM (K, 1st and 2nd grade)
Volleykidz is an introductory class for children K-2nd grade. The lesson plan introduces the pass, set and spike using a very light volleyball. Volleykidz will improve each child’s hand/eye coordination and left/right coordination through the use of fun drills and gross motor games. Lesson plan also incorporates short educational drills including spelling, math & science.

YOUTH VOLLEYBALL SKILLS & DRILLS (3rd through 5th grade)
Improve your volleyball skills with 60 minutes of drills in setting, passing, overhand serving and spiking. The lesson plan directs the use of self-mastery training and groups that help each student reach a new level. Instructors organize short games at the end of each class. Lesson plan also incorporates short educational drills including spelling, math & science.

JUNIOR VOLLEYBALL SKILLS & DRILLS (6th – 8th grade)

ADULT SKILLS & DRILLS (16YRS & OLDER)
Improve your volleyball skills with 60 minutes of drills in setting, passing, overhand serving and spiking. You will learn to overhand serve and develop skills to play games. The lesson plan directs the use of self-mastery training and groups that help each student reach a new level. Instructors organize games at the end of each class.

SPIKING 101 (14yrs & UP)
Improve your volleyball attack with 60 minutes of drills. Spiking 101 is for intermediate players who wish to learn proper arm swing, footwork and jumping technique. Class drills keep player focused on reach and power while plyo-metrics training enhances vertical jump and game performance. The 3-step approach will be taught along with transition attacking.

Volley Club
This new volleyball program is for ages 10-14 and is a great opportunity for girls to use their volleyball skills in a team situation. Teams are set to be organized in these age divisions: 12U & 14U. A coach will guide each team in a weekly practice and 3 match play events. One match play event will be a home game and the other two will require some travel to the surrounding suburbs. Match play events will take place on Saturday’s with the times tba. All participants will receive a shirt. Practices will be held on Friday’s for seven weeks from 5:30-6:30pm

SPRING BREAK CAMP with EVP TOUR
Spike your spring break with EVP Tour and Volleyball Pros. Here is your chance to freshen up on the fundamentals and techniques of volleyball. The 4 day camp will concentrate on passing, setting, and spiking as well as lots of game situation drills. The lesson plan is filled with fun games and drills that help each student reach a new level.

Let’s just play volleyball! The indoor volleyball league is for young athletes who have game experience. Organized games and skill competitions will make up the majority of the volleyball program. This is an excellent opportunity to play in a volleyball league format. The coach will set up teams to create league balance and run 30-minute team practices before 90-minutes of league play. This volleyball league will have only one volleyball coach for all teams and the league will run 4 weeks for 2 hours per week

OUTDOOR VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE FOR JUNIORS – Grades: 6, 7 & 8 (ages 12-14)
4 Weeks for 2 HOURS per week – 30 minute practice 90 minutes of match play per week
Let’s just play volleyball! The grass volleyball league is for young athletes who have game experience and enjoy the challenge of playing outside. Organized games and skill competitions will make up the majority of the volleyball program. This is an excellent opportunity to play in a volleyball league format. The coach will set up teams to create league balance and run 30-minute team practices before 90-minutes of league play. This volleyball league will have only one volleyball coach for all teams and the league will run 4 weeks for 2 hours per week.
