Where: Magic Island, Charleston WV
Time: 12pm (noon) to 4pm
The Corporate Challenge consists of a 4 on 4 Beach Volleyball Event, 4 Team JetSki Event and a 4 X 4 beach Soccer Event. Each sponsoring teams will represent their corporation tournament play. We suggest you may want to bring alternative players just in case so that you can have a complete team to make it through the complete competition. We will provide the action. The winners will receive the “BSN Tour Corporate Challenge Trophy and recognition as the BSN Corporate Team!! Also at the same time you will be supporting to bring events like these to Charleston WV. You also will be invited to be in the VIP Tent the next two days Pro Events for the EVP Tour and the UPW Jetski Competitions. The two top winners of the challenge will be given their time in the sun during these events and of course all players’ sponsors and teams will be announced also.
Game playing will consist of the following rules
The tournament consists of the seeding of the teams with the Round Robin play with playoffs of single game elimination. The time of play will be six hours. The winning teams will face off in the finals and at completion of the event we will move the party to the Parade and Concert on the River.
August 18 – Friday
6:30 pm: Boat Parade/Opening Ceremonies
8pm: Concert on the River Haddad Park Pavilion
Saturday August 19
9am: Pro Matches
8pm: Award Party at The Charleston House Hotel
Sunday August 20th
9am: Amateur round robin
12pm: Serving Contest Sparkling ICE
You will also receive 10 tickets for your company to join us in our ‘VIP Tent’* the next day, August 19th from 9:00 am – 6 (or when finals end). You will have court side seats watching our Pro Action live while in the shade. There will be over 3500 participants to be exposed to during the event and we are excited to bring the tour to Charleston, WV.
